In conjunction with Aperol Spritz, Hotel Indigo Singapore is launching a pop-up garden serving some incredibly crafted cocktails in their very own backyard, and want you to come to visit. Located in the modern upscale boutique hotel, the pop-up garden is hidden away in Katong old school area and you will certainly be settled here for a few hours. In the Aperol garden, there is a mixture of deck chairs, bean bags, artificial grass, umbrellas and a splash of orange everywhere. Did we mention that you can also bring your cutest little pets?? Lots of little furry cuties can be found everywhere.

While you are sipping on your Aperol Spritz (or a whole host of other incredible cocktails, beers and wine they have to offer) make sure you feed your tastebuds too by choosing something from this unique food menu. The essential must-eats are the Nonya Katsu (S$13) a boneless chicken thigh with Tumeric and a side of sesame slaw. The Beef Tartare (S$18) is an east meets west fusion that includes ketchup, capers and papadums and the Quesadilla (S$12) which in our opinion is done best with beef or chicken.
“We wanted to create those feel-good holiday vibes and a welcoming space for pet owners to enjoy a relaxing time with their furry friends which are lacking in this part of the neighbourhood,” said Mr Adel Aramouni, General Manager at Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong.
How to book pop up Garden experience at Hotel Indigo Singapore
It is open to the public and opening hours are from 12pm to 10pm, Mondays through Sundays and closed on Tuesdays. Following the health and safety measures, a maximum of 5 guests are allowed in a dining party and all must be fully vaccinated.
