Dining at Penang Marriott Hotel Penang exceeded our expectations. Each outlet offered fresh, flavourful dishes and exceptional service from the staff, who consistently delivered warm and attentive hospitality.
Breakfast featured a generous spread with Malaysian classics, Indian dishes, Western selections, fresh pastries, and more. The quality was consistently high, and the service was fast and friendly. In fact, they service was also amazing with the little baby as well, coming and chatting and checking on all of us made us feel more relaxed.
One of our favourite moments during the stay was the cocktail experience at the lobby bar. The bartenders are skilled, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do, making it a must-visit spot even if you’re not staying in the hotel. It is also a perfect spot to people-watch and enjoy the crowd rolling through.

- Multiple restaurants and lounges – The M Lounge is located up on the 20th floor and is a must add to your stay. Not only did we work there with some peace and quiet, baby was also there for a quick snack during meal intermissions

- Kids’ facilities for family travellers jam packed with activites to keep the little ones busy for a while
But our favourite facility was definitely the gym. It is well equipped for any kind of workout – from strength training to cardio to functional movements. The equipment is new and well maintained, making it easy to stay active during your trip. We managed to sneak in a workout before dinner to burn off the yummy desserts.

The two-bedroom apartment was perfect for our needs – spacious, clean, and designed for maximum comfort. The ocean views, the well-equipped gym, the friendly team, and the quality of the F&B outlets all contributed to a stay that we would happily repeat. Even when we broke a flower vase, the team were so kind and quick to help it was very positive to be around.
