To keep the night balanced, Executive Chef Alessio Pirozzi has designed a special menu of late-night bites. - Chanel Adams, The Bamboo Bar (Bangkok) – A trailblazer mixing Thai ingredients with modern techniques.
- Kiki Moka, The Cocktail Club (Jakarta) – The godfather of Indonesia’s bar scene with 20 years of experience.
- Agung Prabowo, PENICILLIN (Hong Kong) – Sustainability champion and co-founder of some of Asia’s most iconic bars.
