Located in the heart of the historic Fullerton Heritage precinct, La Brasserie is a chic restaurant with luxurious Jim Thompson draperies and 10-meter floor-to-ceiling windows with an amazing view outside, serving local and international specials. The highlight is the classic French bistro favourites. La Brasserie has two spacious salons and a private room. Not only it serves a delicious breakfast at the moment, it is open for lunches, dinners and weekend brunch.
If you fancy a nice breakfast, La Brasserie has offered its breakfast special for in-house guests to also those who are nor staying over. For S$45*, you get to choose a main and along with that, get an artisanal bakery basket, with danish, croissants and muffins, yoghurts to choose from, Freshly sliced assorted seasonal fruits, Juices and, of course, coffee or tea.

Because of COVID restrictions, there are seatings you must select from. The 1st seating is at 7:30 AM, 2nd seating 8:30 AM and 3rd seating at 9:30 AM. Make sure you reserve in advance.
This Breakfast Deal at The Fullerton Bay Hotel is available all week from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM at S$45* per person.
