Are you staying in Singapore during Christmas? There are many options, but great news, we have found one that could be fitting to your tasting buds at a great little place called Butcher Boy! Located in the famous Keong Saik district, Butcher Boy is a hip little spot that has some gems on the menu.
The team at Butcher Boy will be serving up a specially curated Maker’s Mark Christmas menu featuring dishes made with Maker’s Mark Whisky, such as the Maker’s Maple Sweet Potato ($12++), sweet potatoes glazed with spiced maple and Maker’s Mark whisky and the Maker’s Mark Pork Ribs ($24++), a twist on coffee pork ribs accompanied by fragrant Maker’s Mark coffee espuma.
These scrumptious dishes will be paired with two delicious, festive cocktails, including premium handmade bourbon whisky. Adam’s Apple ($24++) is a rich blend of vanilla and caramel, paired with classic holiday ingredients of apple and cinnamon, while the Forbidden Fruit($24++) is an aromatic, refreshing concoction of citrus and herbs that complement the notes of caramel and warm fruit in the Maker’s Mark whisky.
