Entertainer Travel Savings @ O Monot Hotel Beirut

AdventureFaktory in Beirut

During our last trip to Beirut, we stayed at the O Monot Hotel and had a fantastic time. We would not have known about it, if not for our ENTERTAINER app, AdventureFaktory’s must have app in the UAE. Not only it’s great for food, spas and activities, it’s GOLDEN for travel as you can find my 2 for 1s in incredible hotels around the world (GCC, Europe, Africa and South East Asia).

We knew about the fantastic 2 nights for the price of 1 deals so O Monot was our lucky winner! If you travel at all, get the Entertainer App here, and you can also get a discount with us!

Use our Promo code “adventurefaktory10” for 10% off any Entertainer products!

This is a no brainer if you are a couple, go out a lot with friends or travel a lot. Literally use this app for a hotel ONCE a YEAR, and it pays itself off, use it twice and you are saving plenty! So here is a little bit more about O Monot!

Where is O Monot Located?

It is right in the heart of Beirut, in a central area that is only 20-30 minutes from the airport.

Guide to Beirut

What is O Monot close to?

The Mosque & Church next to each other is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel and the hipster cool area of Saifi is within eyesight. The Corniche which is by the water is a very short cab ride from the hotel (10 minutes tops). O Monot is not too far away from nice neighbourhoods like Zeytouna Bay (20 minutes walk) where you can find lots of nice cafés and chic eateries, this is not very traditional or local though, very modern.
It is also close to Gemmayzeh (15 minutes walk) considered as Beirut’s most European neighborhood where you’ll find tons of bars, cafés, and cheap good restaurants! This is a Locals’ favorite and recommendation!
Our favorite is Mar Mkhayel, 25 minutes walk away, is where you HAVE to go to check out the colourful stairs. Check out the neighborhoods of Beirut in our next article!

Is it easy to get around from O Monot?

Taxi is the main mode of transport in Beirut and there are plenty (it’s dirt cheap also!) You could walk to nice neighbourhoods like we recommended in the previous section, but we recommend you to simply save time and get a cab or, our personal favorite when we travel, Uber.

What is Eating and Drinking like @ O Monot?

In summer they have a super cool pool deck which gives you a great view to sip your drinks from. The Breakfast is very Lebanese and will certainly fill you up for most of your day.

What Facilities does O Monot have?

Whilst they don’t have a gym, O Monot have plenty of nice chill out seating areas near reception. The bar downstairs is fully equipped for plenty of people.

Are there any experiences to try at O Monot?

The helpful staff at O Monot will offer the best advice on where to eat and what the best places are to visit during your time. Other than that, unfortunately O Monot is a boutique hotel that doesn’t have in-house organized activities within or outside the hotel.

We have been told to go take a walk around the hotel and we absolutely love all the street art and feel of the area.
