There is a new waterpark in Dubai and it is at La Mer. Finally people living around Downtown has a cool version of The Beach JBR but better and with a fun waterpark!
Where is the Laguna Waterpark?
Laguna Waterpark is on the central promenade of La Mer. Best way to access is to find underground parking and validate with the Laguna team. This will be good for 4 hours!
How big is the Laguna Waterpark?
Laguna Waterpark isn’t your Wild Wadi or Aquaventures, but will have the most exciting water rides anyway all in one efficient park! There are four distinct zones which they call Splash, Surf, Slide and Relax. They have the only WaveOz 180 in the Middle East (it’s a flow rider wave!), The Manta, a lazy river, children’s SplashPad plus AquaPlay, and a pool lounge with swim-up juice bar.
How much does Laguna Waterpark costs?
There is currently a launch/opening offer of 99 AED for residents,159 AED for non-residents, with readmissions permitted, so best to get there early and make use of it for the whole day! Tickets can be bought online via the website or at the gate itself. Don’t forget 25 AED to red your towel (or bring your own)!
How to get free passes for Laguna Waterpark
La Mer decided it would be a good idea to give away hundreds of tickets across Dubai as part of an interactive Snapchat Treasure Hunt. So technically, secret Snapchat geo-filters will be placed in seven Meraas destinations over two weekends, including The Beach, Outlet Village, Al Seef and Last Exit (18th & 19th May) and City Walk, Boxpark and La Mer (25th & 26th May). People have to find filters around the destinations and post on social media with #LagunaTime to win two passes to Laguna Waterpark.
Winners will be picked randomly and announced on social the week following the treasure hunt. You will be chosen based on their creativity!
