If you have watched the Hangover, you would know of the famous Caesars Palace where Doug got lost on the rooftop! Well it’s opening in Dubai and you will be able to experience it all in December 2018 (inshallah)!
Announcements of the opening of Caesars Palace Hotel in Dubai is quite exciting, but it will have no slot machines, blackjack tables or any of the roulette craze! Considering gambling isn’t allowed in the UAE, we wonder if a Caesars Palace Hotel & Resorts will be up to its expectations without a casino.
AdventureFaktory team has gambled and stayed at both Caesars Palace Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas and Atlantic City and we are quite excited to see the planned entertainment for this market. We are sure that the global leader in leisure and entertainment with eight decades of industry experience will bring innovative experiences over to woo the Dubai and Middle Eastern population to come spend and have a taste of Las Vegas.
Caesars Entertainment is working in collaboration with Meraas to plan this huge project including two luxury hotels, a conference centre and, of course, a beach club. Note that this is Caesars Entertainment first affiliation with a non-gambling hotel project.
This reminds us of MGM Entertainment that tried to open in Viet Nam, another country where gambling is prohibited. MGM dropped out of the project and another company is operating the resort with a casino, where by law only non-vietnamese passport holders can register to enter the gambling rooms, which made it another casino heaven for Chinese people that can go somewhere else than Macau. In saying that, MGM operates some non-casino hotels in China, plus is looking into developing a MGM/Bellagio-branded hotel in Dubai that is scheduled for completion in 2021.
