From takeaway bundles to à-la-carte choices and DIY meal-preparation kits, ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove’s “Home for Christmas” menu lets you have Christmas your way even it means spending the holiday at home to keep yourself and your loved ones safe from the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

Christmas Takeaway Bundles

Nothing warms the belly like a perfectly cooked roast and ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove is offering four takeaway bundles featuring different roasted meats and cuts.

First up is the Wagyu Striploin Roast Bundle (priced at $498), which serves 6 to 8 persons and features a melt-in-your-mouth 400-day Grain-fed Full Blood Wagyu Striploin complemented by half a roast turkey, Kurobuta porchetta and sliced honey-glazed ham. A premium Bronte pistachio log cake completes the feast.

Next is the Premium Christmas Roast Bundle (priced at $388), which serves 3 to 4 persons and features fall-off-the-bone Black Angus beef short ribs slow-roasted for 14 hours, half a roast turkey, Kurobuta porchetta and sliced honey-glazed ham. A classic dark chocolate log cake ends the meal on a sweet note.

Both bundles above are accompanied by four sides including Brussel sprouts, hasselback potatoes, whole roasted cauliflower and black truffle pomme puree.

Two other options include the Organic Grass-fed Ribeye Bundle (serves 4 to 5 persons), which features a whole roasted organic grass-fed ribeye and the Turkey & Log Cake Bundle (serves 3 to 4 persons), which comes with the quintessential whole roasted turkey. Both are accompanied by two sides and log cakes and priced at $248 and $208 respectively.

All four bundles come with a choice of two out of three alcoholic beverages including a bottle of red wine, white wine and prosecco.

Christmas Home Kits

Finally, you can live out your master chef dreams with our convenient Christmas Home Kits that come with simple instructions and all the ingredients already sliced, diced and measured out, for both experienced and aspiring home cooks to impress the family with their culinary skills and final touches.

Customers can choose between the Squid Ink Tagliolini & Red Leg Shrimps Bundle (priced at $228) or the Seasonal Truffles & Potato Gnocchi Bundle (priced at $238). Both Christmas Home Kits serve up to 4 persons and are complemented with a charcuterie platter and topped off with one to two bottles of select prosecco or wine.

Christmas À-La-Carte Takeaway and Log Cakes

All the Christmas items are available à-la-carte for those who prefer to curate their own menu.

No Christmas feast is complete without a sweet ending. ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove’s trademark log cakes are made from the finest Japanese Kobe flour. The Classic Dark Chocolate Log Cake, which is an all-time favourite, is 78% rich in cacao and infused with Chantilly cream. The Premium Bronte Pistachio Log Cake uses top-end pistachios from Bronte, Italy, topped with handpicked raspberries. The Lychee and Rose Log Cake – made from high-quality roses and fresh lychee – draws inspiration from Lady Ispahan (the name of a type of rose and usually used to describe desserts with a combination of rose, lychee, raspberry flavours).

Self-collection and delivery

Our culinary items are available for self-collection and delivery from 11am to 1pm or 2pm to 6pm. Delivery is not available on Christmas eve and Christmas day. Orders must be placed 3 working days in advance. All prices are subject to GST.
