As we are slowly getting to know Dubai, we getting to meet new people, see places and eat plenty of food. As part of our passion to help fellow travellers enjoy places like locals do, we love to share with you the places we go. If you are looking for a nice and chill breakfast or lunch spor, Reform Social & Grill is quite a spot that not many tourist end up at.
Nested in The Lakes, where several expensive villas are surrounding the lake and The Lakes Club itself. Reform Social & Grill is exactly my cup of tea and I knew it as soon as I saw the font on the posters and the entrance. Black and white floor outside, wood floor, English little vibe, old looking leather sofas, another Instagram heaven for those who loves candid shots. The venue is perfect for kids with a playground area, a big screen where they screen movies a night every week and a chill area by the lake where I sit at the moment.
I wasn’t so hungry so I opted for a delicious chocolate croissant and a latte, but I will sure bring Mitch next time so we indulge on a big breakfast including pork bacon, yes REAL BACON! They serve pancakes with Maple Syrup (I like how as a Canadian craving for Maple Syrup, I had to write it in capital letters) with extra added pork bacon for 20 AED .
