In its 11th year in existence, the 2023 edition will once again see activations of bars across the globe paying homage to the world’s #1 best-selling classic cocktail with the charity initiative – for chosen charities with purchases of each bar’s adaptation across 18 – 24 September 2022. As many of us want options of new places to discover, we want to make sure we share with you the full list of places part of the Negroni Week but also to encourage you to go out and support the local Singapore bar scene!
Campari, Italy’s favorite drink is leading the charge on Negroni Week, an international charity initiative that celebrates more than 100 years of the Negroni Cocktail, an iconic mix of Campari, gin and sweet red vermouth.
What is Negroni Week?
The annual event invites everyone to go and enjoy the Negroni, the number 1 selling classic cocktail worldwide! You can have these at some of the best bars in Singapore and Asia from 18 – 24 September. The participating bars of Negroni Week can also opt-in to donate a percentage of sales to another charity that is close to their hearts.

Across the week, you should join the fun schedule of events that play up the Italianity of the drink’s origins with music nights, aperitivo hours, a closing party and partnerships that include:
THE MUSIC NIGHT AT OFFTRACK
Date & Time: 18 September, 5pm onwards
The life of every bar besides its drinks and people, is the ambiance where it is enjoyed. With music being a key factor that contributes to the enjoyment of cocktails, Campari will be hosting its opening night at Offtrack – a bar where music is the center of everything. Founded as a collaboration between local collectives Darker than Wax and Ice Cream Sundays, attendees can expect nothing short of an immersive backdrop with live DJs on vinyl. You will get the opportunity to request your preferred tracks by filling out a request card with cash donations at your discretion as a form of music appreciation and to support Offtrack’s chosen charity partner.
APERITIVO NIGHT AT PUFFY BOIS
Date & Time: 21 September, 6pm onwards
A bar along Bali Lane with laid back vibe that juxtaposes smashable cocktails with excellent pizzas. Come from 6pm – 8pm to be treated to a complimentary slice of the Negroni Week-exclusive pizza with every order of a Negroni.
NEGRONI WEEK X IHG Hotels & Resorts
Branching beyond bars to another realm of hospitality, Campari has partnered with IHG Hotels & Resorts to launch a suite of Negroni themed experiences across selected properties across the week, with some extending till end the very end of September! Retaining the same element of drinking for a good cause, each property will present their respective takes on the cocktail with a portion of proceeds donated to partnering charities.
Publico Ristorante & Garden at InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay
- Negroni Week exclusive – Publico’s Sisu Negroni, available from 18 – 24 September at SGD23++, features a perfect balance of floral and fruity flavours derived from Campari infused plum and berries, complemented by gin, vermouth, port wine and umeshu.
- Negroni Aperitivo Hour with light Italian bites best paired with a Negroni in hand across the early evenings of Negroni Week
- Scarlet Sunday Negroni Brunch with free-flow Negroni cocktails served in a fountain punch bowl, live DJ performance and guest bartenders presenting their exclusive Negroni specials. Available on 24 September, 12.30pm – 3.30pm only. Choices of free-flow Negroni cocktails include Publico’s Sisu Negroni, Classic Negroni, Negroni Sbagliato and guest bartender exclusives.
InterContinental Singapore
- LUCE by Davide Giacomelli, Scarlet Sunday Negroni Brunch Buffet from $108++ per person: An all-you-can-drink Negroni served out of a Negroni push cart. Available on 24th September.
- The Lobby Lounge, Negroni Flight of 3 variations at $38++: Choices include Classic Negroni, Mezcal Negroni topped with ginger passion fruit foam, and InterContinental Negroni for curious stirs of coffee and jasmine-infused vermouth and olive brine. Available from 18 to 24 September.
Opus Bar at voco Orchard Singapore – until 30th September
- Negroni Week exclusive cocktails going at $15++ from 18 – 24 September, $18++ on other dates for the month of September
- Choices include a Opus Negroni with spiced gin, a tropical inspired Opus Sbagliato with pineapple-infused Campari, and a Classic Negroni
- Enjoy bottomless Negronis during the Sunday Prosecco brunch (S148++) and Champagne brunch ($178++) packages per person respectively (excludes 17 September)
Atrium Bar 317 at Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium – until 30th September
- Three Classic Negronis x Tanglin Gin in support of local producers at $20++
- Choices include Tanglin Gin’s Singapore Gin for hints of familiar Asian spices, Black Powder Gin for a peppery finish and Orchid Gin for a slight herbal flavour
Blue Jasmine at Holiday Inn Singapore Little India – until 30th September
- Two Negroni-influenced special cocktails at $15++
- Choices include New York Sour with equal parts gin, Campari and vermouth topped with red wine and lime juice, and Negroni Fashion with bitter lemon and a brown sugar rim
RED NIGHT – CLOSING PARTY @ JUNGLE BALLROOM, MONDRIAN SINGAPORE DUXTON
Don’t miss the great RED NIGHT party at the brand new hottest hotel in town, the Mondrian Singapore Duxton. Campari will fly over International bartender Nick Sourmpatis, from The Clumsies Athens, also ranked 19th World’s Best Bars in 2022. Join from 7PM on the 24th of September 2023.
How to make a Negroni
In the official Negroni recipe listed in the IBA (International Bartender Association) Official Drink List, Campari is the first brand ever to be called out as an ingredient, truly making it the red heart of every Negroni.
Recipe ingredients:
- 30 ml Campari
- 30 ml Sweet Vermouth (Campari recommends 1757 Vermouth di Torino)
- 30 ml London Dry Gin (Campari recommends BULLDOG Gin)
Recipe instructions:
- Pour all ingredients directly into a low tumbler filled with ice
- Stir gently
- Garnish with an orange slice
