The Brasserie Les Saveurs is the premier dining experience at the St. Regis Singapore and has a menu to suit any style of dining. Imagine a dining room with a beautiful setting, huge chandeliers and open windows while you are having a gorgeous meal at Brasserie Les Saveurs, St. Regis Singapore.
Established with the opening of the St. Regis Singapore back in 2007, Brasserie Les Saveurs is the go-to restaurant with breakfast, lunch and dinner options all available for guests and community alike.
We enjoyed a romantic evening dinner at the Brasserie Les Saveurs. Located adjacent to the lobby, the restaurant overlooks the pool area and gardens.
The staff are polite, courteous and kept checking on us for water and the quality of meal throughout the whole experience. For dinner, we were moved into one of the private areas to enjoy a more intimate style of dining. With a dimly lit setting, we enjoyed a romantic dinner for two.
We had a 3-course meal lined up from a special “Exquisite Occasions” menu and this is what we chose: We started off with Foie Gras de Canard ($38SGD) which comes with a poached egg and salad and it was a great starter. It is small so if you want a good amount best to get your own one. This was coupled with the Bisque de Homard ($28SGD) which was a great Lobster soup with croutons and Cognac. Now this one is too good to share and the croutons really complimented the favours.
Our mains consisted of Patagonian Toothfish ($48SGD) with bell peppers, chorizo, artichokes and pesto and also the Margret de Canard ($46SGD) consisting of the duck breast, potato, turnips and green peas. There was just the right amount of fat on the duck to keep it tasty but not overwhelming.
For our dessert, we had a Tarte au Citeron Meringuee with lemon cream and Yuzu Gel ($18SGD). We also were recommended the Chocolate Eclair ($18SGD) and this proved to be a great call, a must-have in the dessert section.
