You are planning an European trip and Montenegro is one of your stops. If you decide to stop in Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro, here is our recommendation on where to stay.
Podgorica isn’t the most known place to visit when visitors are contemplating on going to Montenegro. We spent a night there and walked around the city to discover it. You can read more about Podgorica in our guide of things to do in Montenegro.
Meanwhile tourism is in development in Podgorica, business is going well. There are not many quality properties are around, making the Centre Ville Hotel where we stayed a prime place to stay for people in town for business.
Where is Centre Ville Hotel & Experiences?
Great Things About Centre Ville Hotel & Experiences
Rooms are incredibly big for the price you pay. Talking about space, the lobby area is a beautiful set up that can both be mistaken for a giant cosy living room or a cosy bar for quite fun and classy nights in Montenegro!
Not so Great Things About Centre Ville Hotel & Experiences
There are not many negatives considering the hotel is quite new. Unfortunately staying for one night also wasn’t enough to potentially point out major negative points.
Centre Ville Hotel Rates
The rooms are a lot bigger than we thought. Quality of the bedding and amenities were just exactly what you expect in a high quality business hotel. For its premium location and facilities on offer, it’s a good value for money. You can find room prices at less than 500 AED (~135$US).
Our Final Thoughts
If you have business to do in town, surely book in this place. Although our honest recommendation would be to skip the city of Podgorica. We would also recommend you to stay here only if your flight into Montenegro is via Podgorica and you are looking for a lovely place to stay with a perfect balkan breakfast in the morning to kickstart your journey! The other way goes around, if you have a flight the next day in the morning or afternoon to leave, you could stay as well for a good night sleep and rest!
